This dessert is very easy to make, healthy and daily- free.
Mousse au tofu soyeux, chocolat & banane (Tofu chocolate banana mousse)
(Serving 2)
- 1 silken tofu (about 200g)
- 2 ripe medium bananas
- 2 tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbs of honey or maple syrup
- Crushed almond (decoration)
- Shredded coconuts (decoration)
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree.
Transfer to container, store in refrigerator for 20 mins.
